Delivery area
Orders placed on kakiora.com are delivered to addresses within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse with tracked international delivery.

The shipping services available for your address, the exact charges and the estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay. The rates shown at checkout are the rates you will be charged — no hidden extras. Orders shipped from the UK to the United States may be subject to US import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer where they apply.
Dispatch and handling
Handling time is 2 business days. Delivery to the United States then usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Where the chosen shipping service includes tracking, your tracking link is included in that email.
Delays and problems
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier for you. If an order is lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
