SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by KAKIORA, a brand operated by Labrisa Media LLC (“we”, “us”).

1. What you are signing up for

If you tick the SMS box and submit your mobile number on our website, you agree to receive recurring, automated marketing text messages from KAKIORA at the number you give us. These may include offers, product news and reminders about an order you have not finished.

2. Text messages are optional

Giving your mobile number is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and you can get your welcome code by email without giving your number.

3. How often

Up to 4 messages per month.

4. Cost

We do not charge for our texts. Your mobile operator’s standard message and data rates may apply.

5. How to stop

Every text includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also email contact@kakiora.co.uk with “STOP SMS” and your mobile number. Where a message is sent from a number that accepts replies (for example in the United States), you can also reply STOP to cancel. After you opt out we will not send you further marketing texts, apart from one message confirming that you have opted out where applicable. Opting out does not affect any code you have already received.

7. When we send

We only send marketing texts at reasonable times of day and follow the sending-hour rules of your country.

8. Who can sign up

You must be 18 or over and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission. Text messages are currently only available in some of the countries we deliver to.

9. Delivery

Mobile operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Your data

We use your mobile number only to send you the messages you agreed to and to manage your preferences. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle your personal data and your rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
